I chose this place since it’s relatively close to CCP.
First thing, checking in (for an executive room) took 1 HOUR initially, only for the staff to tell me there are no available rooms. I approached the staff and was told to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning, 30 minutes passed, they told me the room is still being cleaned. After 2 hours, they led me to a room without a tub, which is apparently my online request. They told me that only some executive rooms have a tub, contrary to what they market here in Expedia (there are photos of a bath tub in the hotel gallery) which I wish should’ve been clarified more. I could’ve went to a better hotel instead.
The room is not soundproof. Room smells like smoke, there are small cockroaches inside the bathroom. There are no room slippers available. Noisy air conditioning unit. Breakfast is mid.
My worst hotel experience to date. Will never book here again. Not worth the price I paid.
