Świetnie The hotel has a great location and looks wonderful!
Unfortunately, the food (including breakfast buffet) was awful!

Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested.
One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies.
Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is located right in the centre of Xi'an close to many of the major sites (the Muslim quarter and the Bell and Drum towers). It's also next to a subway station although taking didis everywhere is pretty cheap. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is old but it's generally nice and very close to the metro station and a market street, it's easy to buy your meals nearby with a lot of delicious food to offer! Coming from Singapore, Don't worry guys, in summer the AC works well! I can't say for other hotels but this one is good! Hahaha!
Oh and one honourable mention!
There is an tourism office located in the hotel itself, they are extremely helpful and can help you find the fastest way and book your tours and give you the best recommendations. They are very warm and very friendly! Look out for the lady named Zhou Rong! She is really helpful and friendly!

Family trip here in a double bed room. The location was perfect—walking distance to the most famous tourist attractions and metro rail and restaurants . Staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid 4/5 stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location to popular spots. However, the pool is for people age younger than 70; the bath tub drained badly; even after overnight, the puddle remained; the toilet didn't flush well.
