I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Xi’an. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a Western visitor traveling in China, I especially appreciated how comfortable, safe, and welcomed they made me feel throughout my stay. Everyone was always willing to help, whether I had questions about the city, needed assistance with transportation, or simply wanted recommendations. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable at all times. The level of hospitality really stood out and made my visit to Xi’an even more enjoyable. I left with a great impression of both the hotel and the people who work there. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Staff members were very helpful either special mention of Zhao (Jones) at concierge who helped with our transportation to Xian train station and a great restaurant recommendation. Hotel location was perfect, amenities and hotel staff friendly helpful and attentive. The staff at check in noted that we were a family and proactively offered to place us in connecting rooms - this added touch of service was appreciated. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant- food was tasty. Overall a superb experience at Hilton which made our stay in Xian memorable.

The hotel facilities and amenities were as good as any international 5-Stars hotel. What inspired me was the customer service rendered. I injured both knees after a local mountain hike and had to be rested for couple of days in the hotel. Walking was difficult and all the assistance rendered by the staff made this bearable. The injuries improved a little and managed to fly home with minimal drama. In short, I am grateful to everyone who had made this stay memorable.

Room, service, and location were spectacular. Very helpful and kind staff! The hotel is gorgeous, too. Such an impressive lobby also, it felt very regal and had such impressive Chinese artwork.

One of the best hotel experience we have had anywhere! The front desk manager Sultanli Elchin was welcoming and made us feel like we were the only customers at the hotel. Outstanding experience, beautiful property and convenient location!!!!
