This hotel was very nice. It is centrally located a few meters from the drum tower, the bell tower, and the muslim quarter - all of which are "must sees" for any tourist. The room was clean and nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. You could even wash your clothes in their laundry for free. That was a great perk. My only complaint about the hotel was that the fitness center (gym) was a little sparse. There were two treadmills, a weight bench, and some dumbbells. I try to work out regularly when I travel and it was not as good as some other hotels I stay at. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast good. Staff need to have more training because we experience few times not so friendly and attentive. Smoking are not allow on the guest rooms floor yet some customer still smoke at the lift waiting area...we were wondering the floor CCTV is not working?
