Overall, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was a nice spread, and the staff was definitely very attentive during that time. We did not have to wait for check-in. It all went very quickly. The worst part of the whole stay was valet. You have the option between valet for $40 a night or parking down the street for $13. We chose to valet and although we were told it would be 20 minutes to get our car, it was more like twice that. The valet was either understaffed or extremely disorganized. This made us miss our reservations and almost missed a tour PNC Park.

Never stayed at a Drury and I really enjoyed the experience! Free soda and popcorn was awesome, I didn’t take advantage of the dinner bites but that seems generous as well. Hotel is in a really cool renovated old Fed building which was awesome. Valet was pretty efficient and courteous. Only complaint is my room faced another building and was quite dark, but for only one night it was totally fine.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Every staff member from management down to housekeepers were pleasant and extremely helpful. Amenities are awesome, very clean. One of the best experiences I've ever had! Only complaint is the parking situation but that wasnot horrible. We parked at Mellon Square Garage and it was a 6 minute walk, very easy. We will be returning anytime we come to Pittsburgh!! Also keep an eye out on the kickbacks!! Such a great help with food!

It would have been a 5 stars except for the annoying kids pounding on our door late at night and running. Staff dealt with the problem but not before my son who always deals with anxiety was awakened and it took a while to calm him down. The breakfast and dinner were great! We would stay again! Staff was very helpful and friendly.
