Very good location, close to Shibuya station, rooms were modern with great amenities. Close to Shibuya station, ideal to connect to most routes across the city. Also close to Shinjuku for express train to Mount Fuji.

I absolutely love staying at the Cerulean - what an amazing location and with such beautiful views of Shinjuku, being right on top of the station and the famous crossing. Many of the rooms are spacious and the staff are very helpful and all speak an amazingly high standard of English which will be of benefit to many foreign travellers.
Room are spotlessly clean, a few of the rooms that haven’t had the refurb which he will see on the room options are on the borderline of looking a bit dated, however this is more than compensated by the quality of the hotel, its staff and location. Tip: on a clear day and from certain rooms you can actually see Mount Fuji which is not something many people in Tokyo can say!
Breakfast is good, it would benefit from your orange juice being more accessible, and not having bacon sat in a bowl of water. Also, have more freshly chopped fruit available in addition to the excellent pineapple that was available during my day.
I would also encourage the hotel to give directions from Shibuya station which can be a little bit tricky to navigate despite the close distance. In short, use the New South Gate, turn right and keep walking.
I was surprised to find that the hotel wanted ¥5000 to dispose of a suitcase on my final day where other hotels had helped me with this free of charge. Regrettably, I was forced to pay.
I would be happy to recommend anybody stay at the Cerulean, particularly at the start or end of your Japan journey for a special treat.

Fantastycznie The property is centrally located in Shibuya. After long days of navigating the city, it was nice to come home to a very accommodating hotel and staff. We ate at several of the restaurants and used room service. We bought the hotel to be able to accommodate Our Family and they had larger rooms and that turned out to be the case.
They also have a good fitness facility.

I booked this hotel at the end of a long trip as a treat for the family. It wasn't until we'd booked in that we were informed that the Pool (our main motivation for choosing this location) is not available to under 18's and in additional would be an extra cost on top of our accomodation to access. This info was nowhere to be seen on any of the booking information.
This was so disappointing for my family who were really looking forward to some swimming in the heat of summer and relaxation time. Had I know beforehand I would have booked an alternative Hotel.
Despite this letdown, the overall hotel is lovely, well positioned, clean and friendly helpful staff. The airport bus stops at the hotel too which was an added bonus.
