Very busy hotel. We noticed lots of students Studying down stairs in the dining area. It makes it hard to gather with friends to have a drink or eat food in the evening. We like the area which is steps away from many restaurants and grocery.

Front staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Very knowledgeable about the area and train systems. However bedding especially comforter was dirty with some scuff from seems to be shoes or luggage. Free coffee was offered at night? Nothing in the morning. We did see a coffee machine looking thing but it was not mentioned about free coffee in the morning so we didn’t touch it. It would have been nice to have at least coffee machine and some coffee in the room. For the price we paid, we would go to another one less expensive which offered free coffee and bedding was clean. Convenient location for Haneda airport though.

I had a little trouble when I was checking in as the staff didnt speak English but we managed.. I went out for a bit and wanted to leave my suitcase at the lobby for about 45 minutes as I wanted to go out again but had a hard time communicating with the staff.Finally I just dropped it in my room and went out. The morning staff were great.

It worked perfect for my early morning flight from Haneda. Taxi - 4400 yen, kind of expensive but there’s no train yet at 5am and bus was not an option for me with suitcases.

The breakfast buffet was great! Loved the selection of drinks. Very helpful staff. We went in April, weather very comfortable. Would go again if in the area.
