Everything was great except the self-serve eMART 24 not selling alcohol after 10 p.m.It's a bit of an inconvenience.

Good location

A nice overnight trip out of the house with family. Beautiful resort area next to a large lake.

This resort looks beautiful in pictures, so we were very excited to go here. The view from our hotel balcony was gorgeous. How ever, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. The rooms were not equipped as stated on the description. No bathrobes, no bar soap, no electrical chargers or remote for the AC. There was no furniture out on the patio to use while enjoying the view. They do not pay attention to detail. The rooms were not appropriately cleaned the 2nd day we were there. I expect a lot more from a “resort”. Also, we were told upon arrival that BOTH their pools were “under construction”. 3 days before our arrival we were sent an email that the cost of using the pool had gone up, but was told nothing about the pool being closed. That was the main reason we chose this resort so we were extremely disappointed. Why they chose to fix both their pools during peak travel season in Korea is mind boggling. At the very least, they should have told us that they were BOTH going to be closed during our entire stay of a very HOT weekend with no way to cool off. They sent us an email about the increased cost which didn’t matter at all since they were both closed. When we spoke to the person checking us in, he really didn’t care, did not offer us any money off the original price, did not really have any explanation. We would never have stayed here nor will we ever stay here again. How it gets such good reviews, I don’t understand. The rooms were average at best.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation July 2021. You can see the wonderful potential but unfortunately it still was a construction site with debris. Due to the construction the restaurants was very limited for breakfast was extremely disappointing.

Excellent value for money. Great lake view. We went during cherry blossom season and the cherries were all around. Very serene and pleasant surroundings. Nice restaurants nearby, by car.

It was the second visit. All staffs are kind, rooms are cozy, and even restaurant food is yummy. The view from the room was beautiful. I'll definitely visit here for the third time!!

Excellent resort area, right by the lake.
