The customer service was horrible. The room was used. The door was open. Everything was horrible.

The guy who work at night shift is terrible I have been crying since I came here, he isn’t there to help people I wouldn’t recommend anybody to book a hotel. I have book from 21 - 4th August and I have to change room on 23. Even after the room available he is just making me stand from 8-10 outside saying even if it is clean and check out I wouldn’t help you. I said him all I want is to keep my stuff and go because I don’t want to end up having upper dorm because I have metal knee I can’t go up. So irritating, I worst experience ever. No hotel management people who can help I am so so disappointed.

The room was a tight squeeze, this was my first hostel experience; someone kept coming in and talking. Looking at something under me; then in the middle of the night it was someone that came in slamming the door really loud; multiple times. I just wanted to experience this to say I tried probably wouldn’t return

Réservé dortoir privé 6 lits pour famille de 5. Très correct. Propreté correct. La cuisine, le nécessaire était là. Pas de cafetière mais les frigos étaient plein a craquer et la propreté laissait à désirer. Lieu, très bien situé. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Bon pour petit budget.

My stay was the biggest joke and scam ever . I reserved a room thinking I would get more privacy and get a good night of sleep. I arrived around 3:10 pm and they gave me a room that the housekeeping was still cleaning . The door was open and the bathroom was all wet , no towels . I let the front desk guy know and he said everything fine . Wrong ! I finished drying out the bathroom. TV : there are not Channels available. Only apps like Amazon and Netflix ( you have to have your own account or pay $8.99 suscribtion fee ). Pretty much the Tv is there for decoration only. The room : it was located on the second floor , above a kitchen . Its noise , loud , sounds like college party and people cooking 24/7 . The room doesn’t have AC so you have to keep the windows open. At some point the nasty food smells got to my room. My room got infested with onion smells . The walls are so thin that you can hear everything . My room was near the front desk , I could hear everything and everyone, people hanging out on the kitchen, lobby , reception , etc . I asked the front desk guy to please change my room. He didn’t care and said everything was fine . He was lacking common sense and customer service. Things are so bad here that there is no difference between sleeping on the street than in the room. Noise and noise everywhere , reporting this to the front desk does nothing and they don’t care . This is not a hostel not a hotel, this is more like a circus or party playground . Other guest

It was a great stay, thank you so much for the last minute accommodation. Front desk awesome and friendly customer service is highly appreciated. Excellent location near bars ,restaurants and public transportation. I will definitely stay at this property in the future . Highly recommended. Thank you so much guys. God bless you !!! ❤️

The hostel is very clean and well organized. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and nice . Really appreciate his awesome hospitality. My room and bathroom were very clean and smelling good . I understand This is shared space / room but we had an Indian dude running a call center from the room pretty much. His first call was at 5:00 am and he was extremely loud and rude. He spent about 3 hours on the phone . I personally called the front desk to let them know what was going on in the room . The front desk lady refused to do anything , she pretty much told me I had to talk to this guy. This made think “ security “ is not something this place provides . All roommates and myself got a really bad night of sleep . The fact that the front desk lady didn’t want to do anything with the disrespectful guest tells me that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Everything else was fine . Thank you

The pictures looked a little different than the room, but honestly it was a great stay. My room was located near the shared kitchen, but it closed at 10 so no complaints about the noise. It was near great places and transport was easy to catch. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

staffs were helpful, but the room was kinda dirty and smelly. It's good enough ifbyou are on budget
