·    HOTEL PET POLICY

·    The hotel will allocate one (1) floor exclusively as a pet-friendly floor.

·    Only one (1) pet is allowed per room.

·    A non-refundable pet fee of PHP 1,000.00 per night, per room, will be collected.

·    Pets are limited to domestic, trained dogs and cats with a height not exceeding 60 centimeters (2 feet), as well as caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

·    Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza.

·    A copy of the vaccination record and health certificate must be submitted prior to check-in.

·    Pets must be healthy, clean, and well-groomed. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and cats must be transported in a pet carrier. Cat owners are required to bring their own litter box. All pets must be placed in a pet carrier during check-in.

·    All pet necessities, including but not limited to equipment, towels, food trays, pet carriers, food, and water, must be provided by the guest.

·    Dogs are required to wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel.

·    Pets must be kept on a controlled leash at all times when outside the guest room.

·    Guests assume full responsibility for any property damage (including, but not limited to, guest rooms) and/or personal injury caused by their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guests account for any damage incurred.

·    The use of hotel towels and linens for pets may result in additional charges.

·    Pet-friendly areas are limited to guest rooms, the main lobby, and the main entrance. Pets are strictly prohibited in dining areas and food and beverage outlets (including concessionaires).

·    Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in designated disposal areas within the hotel premises.

·    Pets must not be left unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed to remain inside the room without the owner. The hotel does not provide pet-sitting services and shall not be held responsible for the care of pets left behind.

·    During room cleaning, guests are required to exit the room with their pets.

·    Pets must check out together with the guest. Any pet left in the room after check-out will be considered abandoned and reported to the appropriate animal welfare authorities.

·    Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operators from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the presence or behavior of the guest’s pet.
