Great family hotel.. but we didn’t have kids. The positives: Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and has a great location. Cons (for us): This was advertised to us a a five star hotel right in the beach at Legian that was very big and looked like it had a small play area for kids and a separate pool area for adults. The entry and exit is the kids pool area with big bucket of water that starts splashing around 8am. There was no adults pool area, it was just all kids and families. The kids starting screaming about 8am and did not stop until about 5pm. We asked to be placed as far away from kids area as possible months in advance… but were given a room in front of the pool. After a few days they did move us to another room on level three that was better, and slightly newer than the dated room we initially had, but we woke every day to the sounds of kids yelling (happy for them, glad they were enjoying the holiday too) but as childless adults we did not use the pool and ended up going across to Cocoon day club to enjoy a pool with a bit more of a relaxing vibe. Even Bali standards this was not 5 star, but would be a great place for a family. We would not stay there again.

If you have children this place might be great for you. We did not, and the pool area was inundated with kids and we did not use it. You wake up to the sound of children screaming everyday (with joy.. good for them) but just not a joyful experience for us who were looking for a 5 star close to the beach. Rooms were dated and definitely not 5 star. Pics make it look like there is a kids pool and then different area for adults, but pool area is all one and right at front of property so you walk through it entering and exiting the hotel each time. Staff were nice and rooms clean, and beds comfy, but would not stay here again. Good family resort I assume.

great location great for families and value for money

We keep coming back to this establishment due to its great location value for money and awesome staff. We get a one bedroom apartment very spacious well maintained for under $100 a night. This place is awesome for families with children as the pool area has a water park to entertain the kids all day long. Raised restaurant area overlooking the beach. Great cafe next door and mini mart 50 metres away. Beach on your doorstep. Value for money.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great location, breakfast was great. My room was lovely, but some rooms were a little outdated. The pool was a little small and too deep.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff always helpful. Breakfast was great. Had a great week with my family. Would stay here again, no problem.

Was told they had Netflix promised they would replace my tv with smart tv , got charged for the mini fridge , had 3 drinks they didn’t replace 1 so had to pay for 4 . Really loved this place but has gone down hill they just take your money and then ignore you Won’t be going here again I have for the last 4 years .

Horrible hotel would never stay here again, we actually left and changed hotels after a few days. Great location that is all. The reception staff are all rude and not helpful, the pool is in need of a clean, so are the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!

The property was in a very good location right in front of the beach, which we really wanted. The property was clean, but the bathroom was not really in good condition. The sliding door of the bathroom needs to be replaced. The bathroom shower area needs a glass door, so the water doesn’t splash out. While having a shower, the bathroom is also in a very small space. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. I don’t know if other rooms may be better than this. My son enjoyed their pool area due to the water slide and water park. However, the water park and slide also looked old and needed a bit of maintenance. Besides that, the property was clean. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. An excellent location. Easy access to the beach and shopping area is also walking distance to all the restaurants.
