The place is convenient but not that well maintained

It was me with my five kids on this trip for a leisure to be near the parks! The hotel was definitely not bad and I will stay here again! The price is good for what you are getting. Although breakfast isn't the best but it's not the worst. They needed spray for waffle maker, nice touch with Mickey waffle maker!! Pool area decent, So the bad side of the hotel first.... definitely dirtier room , outdated, and cracking floors and walls in bathroom. Upon arriving in my room, I had noticed the bathroom toilet was definitely not cleaned previously to me checking into the room. There were pubic hairs on top of the toilet and the toilet inside was dirty as well so they sent Maintenance up to handle the side of the issue of the toilet that had a puddle of water next to it. I said it seemed like the toilet was leaking. Well Maintenance use the same towel to clean up all the water off of the floor next to the toilet said the toilet was not leaking and that he cleaned the toilet obviously didn't have any cleaning supplies or anything with him he had the towel in his hand that he used to wipe the water up so he clearly wiped the water up and then wiped off the toilet with that same towel and was done cleaning that toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! So I'll try to keep this simpler bed was old mattress very old no bedbugs, though! We did stay the three nights stay we were supposed to stay. I would definitely recommend bringing your own cleaning wipes like Clorox wipes!

El baño tenía muchos pelos y no estaba limpio el closet lleno de polvo y las cortinas dañadas

The hotel is under construction and is being updated. Front was was very friendly and gave excellent customer service. Breakfast was not so good. The staff seemed bothered and didn’t replace the food.

The breakfast is not good and they charge a 100 for the rides and amenities and a 100 for your deposit but I only get 100 back.

Es un hotel acogedor al llegar la limpieza de la habitación estaba excelente, lamentablemente solo realizan la limpieza de la habitación 1 vez cada 5 días que me parece pésimo por lo menos debería ser cada 2 días, el desayuno debería ser un poco mas variado, por lo demás recomiendo el hospedaje por el precio cancelado claro si no les molesta los descrito en líneas anteriores.
