Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for my parents, and the booking inclusions clearly stated that lunch was included from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when they asked for it, the hotel refused to provide the included lunch. If an amenity is advertised as part of the booking, it should be honored. This was misleading and very disappointing. I hope the hotel corrects this and ensures future guests receive the services they paid for!

Reservation was not guaranteed. They told no room was available. Name of the hotel -at the address you provided- was different. It was like a hostel mostly Syrian refugees have preferred. I made this reservation for my fiance, and she found 10 times better hotel with a price of $35. Please refund what I paid. This place does not have its own website. It looks like a scam.

Hotel is part of Lily Hotel. Doesn’t even have hotel name outside of it, we had trouble finding the place. I booked the hotel because i thought it had a spa and Hammam (it had several pictures of both in the property photos), it had neither. There was a pile of building/construction rubble in the hallway in front of our door. All of that being said, the room itself was not bad.

Lady on reception was very nice and welcoming. Room was big. It was like apartment. But it had old renovation and actually another address (reception ride me by car about 3 minutes). Included breakfast I ordered on 10-30, I've waiting till 10-55, but nobody showed and I didn't know how to remind them(because reception is too far). So I just left without breakfast.

On check-in, I had to pay an extra 5 eur per day for breakfast, which was supposed to be included in the booking. Later, hotels.com resolved this. This hotel is actually a renamed Lily hotel. Walls are thin and there were some noisy guests. However, the manager intervened without me asking. Overall, great value for money if waiting for a flight.
