Świetnie For the price I paid, everything was ok. The staff did not answer any of my messages to arrange pick-up, but after checking out the receptionist did give me a lift to my next hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending.

Pros: The beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Cons: It would be better if they could clean the room daily.

Nice hotel, nice room however the sheets were never changed just turned over. I had to ask for bottles of water in the room on the occasions they forgot. Breakfast could be changed up.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was ok. Sometimes it smelled bad, had to keep the door closed when not in use. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of Thai food. Had southern style Thai food one evening. Very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would stay again. Loved Koh Lipe. A different crowd here. Very fit and active. Allot of amazing places to see in the area. Ocean is very clean and clear. Not allot of bars, etc. If that’s your scene you will be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back.
