Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. However, floor service staff could use more training in greeting guests and politeness. Buffet breakfast was also disappointing.

Fantastycznie I asked for a non-smoking room and was given one smelled of cigarette. I supposed they do not do a good job policing travelers and making sure they understand that non-smoking means 'Non-smoking'. My room did not have a safe and I had to use the one at the receptionist. The free wi-fi in the room is off-and-on at best but worked fine in the lobby. Breakfast in the 4th floor was a little crowded at times because of the tours visiting from mainland China. Otherwise the location is hard to beat, right in the center of action, walking distance to casinos, historical sites, churches, museums and even the ferry terminal.

- smoking on non-smoking floors
- old, dilapidated décor
- mildew smell in the room
- cracked mirror in the bathroom
- 20 year old television that barely worked
- staff not very helpful; couldn't even call a taxi for us
- breakfast was mediocre
There are many other great alternatives.
