Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in a great location, within walking distance of the Old Town while being in a quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a large mall next door. We felt safe throughout our stay. The only area that could be improved is how security staff interact with guests. One evening, my son and I went downstairs to see if the sauna was open and spent less than two minutes looking around the gym and other public amenities. As we returned upstairs, a security guard immediately asked, "What were you guys doing down there?" and followed us to the elevator. The next day, another guard asked my husband to prove he was staying at the hotel while he was working in the lobby. I appreciate that the hotel takes security seriously, but a friendlier, more welcoming approach would make a big difference. The extra bed is really a fold-out sofa, and ours would not stay fully extended because the bottom kept collapsing. Also, be aware that the spa and sauna require an additional fee. We only discovered this during our stay, so clearer communication about these extra charges at check-in would be helpful. Also, the room curtains do not block out the sun completely, so it was hard to sleep with lots of light in the room at 4am. The bathroom is not very big, but it was definitely clean and functioning. Despite these minor issues, our stay was fine.

Great location - walk to old town, shopping and food court directly across the street. Bus and tram directly outside the door. Friendly staff available all the time. We had a suite, very spacious. Bed was great. 2 tv. Would definitely stay here again!!!

They clean rooms once in three days. I think they should clean rooms every day.

I had two problems with the hotel, but only one is easily solved. There was no chair in the room, just an upholstered cube. After being on my laptop for about 20 to 30 minutes my back was really painful. I asked for a chair with a back and they brought one up from the dining room. That worked like a charm and even after an hour and a half my back didn't hurt. The other problem will require some construction on the hotel's part. I am a solo senior traveler and going up the steps one at a time with two bags, o e fairly large and more bulky than heavy was not fun. There are NO ramps up to the front entrance level. If this hotel was in the States, the state, feds, and ambulance chair lawyers would be all over them. That is the only keeping me from giving them a solid 5.
