We travel 4, property is okay clean and staff cleans our room each day. The room is considered big in Japan standard. It’s very close to Namba station with 15mins walk. Overall we had a great experience with this.

The room has a great layout to maintain everything organized. The bread buffet helped us to save money on breakfast, and start the day early. And in the afternoon we would have free ice cream, it was delicious! It is also walking distance from the metro station and plenty of restaurants.

Great location, close to everything, close to shopping, food, and transportation. Nice pastries breakfast and all day ice cream and drinks. Got room in front of main big street and could hear everything. Noisy

Although the room is a bit old and outdated, and the bathroom was quite small, everything was clean and well maintained. And it’s good that the toilet is separated from the shower. Location was excellent, with easy 15-18 mins walking access to Dotonbori and 7 mins to nearest train stations. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bread, ice cream, and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning to this hotel on a future visit to Osaka.

Very close to Namba, staff were very nice and helpful. We had a late flight and they were able to let us leave our luggage while we did some last minute shopping before our flight. They did daily cleaning. Train station is nearby, if I come back to Osaka I would definitely book this hotel again.

We rented two rooms and, unfortunately, both had unpleasant odors: one smelled of cigarette smoke, while the other had a musty smell. In addition, the noise from the building under construction across the street was quite disturbing. The hotel is also located about a 12-minute walk from the city center which is quite far.
