Świetnie Didn't spend much time in the room, done what it needed to do, window sills were abit dusty, room felt a little dated, shower drain cover was broke, toilet seat was broke, other than that, no issues with room

Staff were friendly enough although not empowered to resolve issues. Room was vey outdated and smelt of years of people smoking in the room which had seeped into the fabric covered walls. Room lighting was very dim, no doubt caused by the dark wall covering.
Carpets severely stained and not vacuumed. Bathroom lighting very poor given there were no windows. Staff refused to change the room as they said were not allowed to make changes.

Fantastycznie Great room and the hotel always try to accommodate my request for a bath. It is very much appreciated. Staff a friendly and it’s always clean in a great location for Farringdon. This is always my 1st choice of hotel when I’m in town.

The room was clean and adequate. I didn’t try the restaurant at all but heard bad reviews. Overall adequate but nothing to write home about. If you need to be in the Clerkenwell area, it’s convenient.
