Great place to stay. Clean, very friendly staff, felt safe, and was close to the airport with a great shuttle! Would stay again for sure!

There was a problem with the elevator that lasted a day, but this I’ve seen it before in other hotels. Nevertheless, my stay was pleasant and quite!!

The shuttle to the airport was on time and made an efficient run to the airport. Staff were responsive at the front desk. However, the AC was so loud, we had to turn it off. The accessible bathroom was good except the water flooded the entire bathroom floor. And, the entrance to the hotel is not at all as presented in the photos.

The location is right at Chinatown Flushing, within walking distance to the various authentic Chinese restaurants, mall, arcade, bakery, dessert. We also enjoyed the spectacular Manhattan sunset skyline.
