The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Location is pretty central, although there is no "front" and you have to take a short walk to the hotel from taxi.

Great location but very strange room. For the price the hotel wasn't nearly as nice as it should have been. Way overpriced for amenities and room quality.

I totally recommed this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the Piazza Duomo. The staff was unbelievably helpful in every respect. The room was clean, and the view from the window was beautiful, overlooking lighted trees. There was tea, coffee, and wine available in the room, complementary, and some lovely things in the refrigerator for a small fee. The breakfast was delicious and can be on the balcony level or deliver to your room. The staff made dinner reservations for me, tour reservations, and private drive to the airport. I could not have asked for more.

I enjoyed my quick visit to Milan and stay at The Street. It's an excellent location for a first timer or someone with a short stay. The staff is outstanding! They offer excellent concierge level service, calling taxis, arranging airport transport and recommending areas to visit. A few recommendations: request a room on the 2nd or higher floors as opening the window on the 1st floor is a direct view into the restaurant closely located across the street. (The drapes had to be closed the entire time). If closet space, ironing and hanging items is important, request a room with functional hangers and the necessary items. I had a small room lacking these. The room was just fine for my solo short trip but would not have been ideal for a longer stay. (But there are other rooms that would be.) Finally, visit the rooftop - its a gem!

Our stay here was perfect. The location is in the middle of everything it was awesome! A to. Of shopping and food options right outside I’d tour door. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Love le out stay here.
