I would like to commend the staff for addressing my concerns during this stay. Five stars for the staff, hands down. I had to switch rooms at the start of my stay and they were super nice and and willing to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciate everyone for being so accommodating!!
However, reading the reviews on this site were very misleading. I always thought, you can't go wrong with a Marriott... boy was I wrong!!
This building is old, needs to be painted, the hallways have chipped paint everywhere. I was constantly seeing trash around and throughout the hallways as if no one vacuums. The room was comfortable, which was my only saving grace for this hotel. This is the true definition of, "you get what you pay for." The price point isn't worth the hassle. Hotels.com has this property listed as four stars... it's absolutely NOT a four star hotel. I guess by different standards, it may be for some. This property needs some TLC and a ton of upgrades. Not impressed!
