Furniture are dated but all functional.

House cleaner came into my room after knocking, and being told three times I cant be disturbed. I was still in bed.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here. The reason is not because of the facility but for it's location and convenience. Also, I already know the quality of the stay so do not want to risk for another place that could be a trap. Room condition is different from the pictures displayed on the website. Design and setting is the same, just that the actual furniture is about 10-15 years older than pictures, but everything showing on the pictures are there. Check-in is just a little desk at the lobby. Services are great, the cleaning lady is really friendly and accommodating, and did a thorough job. The guy at the check-in desk is also a nice person, a bit shy but always smiling. Price is great, but so are so many other local hotels. I don't mind staying there again for my solo trip if I go back to Ho Chi Minh City again, even though everything in the room is a bit old and the hotel could use some renovation. But there are so many other hotels I heard that are also the same, great pictures with disappointing interior.

Nice and quiet friendly staff

Stayed here over the New years to party in HCM with friends. I had ordered the room with a free mini bar - but when I got there looking for the mini bar - they said that was the 2 bottles of water on the table in the room! Hotels.com said they follow the policy of the hotels and was not able to do anything about it. Although the room was nice and quite standard cleanliness for a hotel, the entrance way and reception is very old, dimly-lit and dusty and doesn't match the quality of the rooms; if you don't mind that then this might be the place for your stay.

Able to check in early with extra charge. Bad is next door children very noisy

Rooms have not been well cleaned in a while. Ants were coming out of the drains. For some reason there is a window into the hallway that doesn’t really lock. No hot water! Sheets were stained from....? If you’re non smoker watch out. Smoking is everywhere in the hotel.

Clean and beautiful. Very kind staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was huge and pretty quiet, bed was incredibly hard. Free mini bar was a joke. 1 can of coke and 1 can of redbull which were never replenished. Location and staff were great.
