Świetnie Grest value for money.Room was clean and whilst the hotel rooms are a little dated they were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free parking is a bonus in tourist magnet Harrogate.

Lovely stay in a period hotel. Staff, food and our room were lovely as were the hotel grounds. Parts of the property are in need of a bit of TLC but it didn’t affect our stay in any way and we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel in high victorian/Edward inn style. It was very busy because it was the Great Yorkshire Show week. The staff were very friendly in the bar but the reception staff seemed a bit pushed with how busy it was.

The room was fine although everywhere could have done with a little freshing up on the decor
In this hit weather coukd do with a small fridge in room.

Generally the stay was great - the hotel seems to be incredibly warm, and in the heat it wss difficult to keep the room cool. We did request a fan from reception which they brought straight up. The bed whilst the app states double when booking wss not a full double in size so was very cramped trying to sleep. No lock on the inside of the room either which had I been alone I would have asked to be moved.

The staff were amazing, they were welcoming, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy to an excellent standard. The menu had a great selection including breakfast choices, main meals and snacks. Thank you for making our visit a happy and fun experience.
