I would like a refund on my stay at the palms only because it was messed up apon walking in I seen the walls were peeling a bit chips on the bottom of the door way wallpaper peeling off curtain ripped I seen when I tried to open the curtain no balcony access when it clearly says that we did have access to a balcony now it’s “first com3 first serve” I would not be staying at the palms place again for this reason

Exactly as described online. Off the strip but close enough for a short drive. Enjoyed it stay and will book siding Also, Lynette at the front desk made our check in wonderful She greeted us with warmth and smiles.

Room was not up to standard. Leather was pealing off chair, sofa was stains, the tub was dirty with soap stains on the glass. Just horrible. There’s a big difference in acting being there and the pictures advertised.
