Great location and convenient to everything

Not a very pleasant experience.

Love amenities. Great stay for my family.

the pool was worm and open late that was nice. The room didn't get vacuum, counter tops didn't get wipedown, We didn't got new bed sheet on the bunk beds any of the 5 days we where there. breakfast restaurant 2 of 5 stars.

It was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista by IHG. What convinced me in booking was knowing the rooms offered a balcony option and thought that was great since this was our first time traveling with our pups! They gifted our pups w a bandana and treat! Also, please to bear they have. A dog park! Wearrived late, she accommodated us to have a late checkout! The only thing that was different was before booking it said a breakfast buffet was offered. When I asked she said there was a fee. We arrived to our room and was happy because we got in on the 5th floor. The hallways and room had a fresh scent! Which was pleasing, because most hotels have a weird smell. The hallways and room were very clean. They were very spacious! The bathroom was equipped with large Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, body Soap, Hand Soap and Body Lotion. It had a dispenser so it was easy to grab. I was so happy it wasn’t the little bottles they usually put in other hotels! We had a keurig coffee maker, fridge, iron w ironing table, safe! We got the one w the double queen beds, which we slept very well on. The was a table to sit and eat at an a desk. Outside in the balcony there were 2 seats w a small table. I had a nice view to the pool. Which we were so excited to visit the next morning! They had. A bunch of amenities - see pics! I’ll definitely come again w the whole family!

The hotel and staff were amazing. The pool was a 10/10 and open late til 11 pm with tons of kids my kids could play with. My kids just had the best time.

It was close to Disney but there were fees that I didn't know about. Read the fine print. I am sure I checked breakfast included on the reservation but when we got there they said we did not. They told the lady in front of us the same thing when she said she had breakfast included. The room we stayed in could use some updates. The entrance to parking has a sharp turn instead of going straight in to it after you use the key card to open the gate.

Clean and spacious room.

Room was very clean! I had my pet with me along with my family and we all enjoyed the view and atmosphere! I will definitely come again and stay. We had trash changed and we had plenty of towels. We also enjoyed the pool with the fun activities for the kids. Oh and the hot tubs was a game changer! The complementary breakfast was sos so but staff was very polite and friendly. The only thing that prevented me for giving 5 stars was that the ice machine was very hard to find. I would suggest to put ice machine signs on every floor. Other than that we have had a great stay experience!
