Room was clean, was close by to train station and local shops and was close by to a nice park to sit and enjoy the late night sun. Was able to park in the underground car park so made it alot easier that trying to find somewhere to park.

Room was nice and spacious, very clean and smelled lovely. Would recommend ibis styles over a normal ibis, would also definitely return to stay again

2 night stay arriving on day one at 9.30pm. Hotel and room good overall with nice bed and bathroom. No toilet paper in room. Reported to the two staff on reception at about 6.15 am on 29th June on way out and gave room number, they said they would fix it. Got back after work, still no toilet paper. Went down at about 6.45 pm on way out for dinner and reported again to sole man on reception who did fix it - thank you! Housekeeping also took small towel for bathroom floor away on first day without replacing so lots of water on floor on morning of day two. Small niggled in grand scheme of things but seems staff need some training…

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and each time I have been impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. Happy to stay there again when next in London

We had a long flight when we got to the hotel. Tamara was very accommodating and understanding. The rooms were clean. The area was nice and the staff was amazing.

Hotel itself was okay. The location is good. We had a twin room (room 316) and one of the beds was okay, the other totally broken causing the mattress to sag. We would have complained and asked to change room but did not realise this until midnight as we came back from a concert and were too tired to faff around trying to change rooms. Was a shame though, and very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the man at reception was very nice and helpful in terms of recommending travel options
