Świetnie The staff was kind, helpful and were always present and greeted everyone who came to the lobby. I stayed at APA Hotel in Tokyo, as well and was very happy with how clean the rooms and property are, how conveniently they’re located and how well they take care of patrons and the property.
One thing that I wish this APA Hotel had that the APA Hotel in Tokyo has is laundry service. While this APA Hotel in Kyoto has washers and dryers, they are operated by payment via 100 yen coins. The one in Tokyo would take you laundry, have it cleaned and bring it back to you a day or two later. No need to set a timer and take the elevator down to the laundry room to check on your clothing. Also, I ran the dryer twice (30 minutes each cycle) and my clothes were still damp. But I’m grateful that they at least offer this option because my next place in Ōsaka had no washers and dryers, nor any laundry service option.

The staff and service was amazing. I had trouble checking in thru the self service kiosk since i could not find my reservation and somehow my last was misspelled. Other then that, great location and amazing services.
