Beautiful hotel in a prime location course to Kyoto Station. It offers a variety of eateries around the area. Bedding was comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for suitcases. The laundry facility is accessible and reasonable. Most hotels offer complimentary water each day during your stay. This hotel only offered water on your first day. Overall, a great hotel located in a prime spot for touring Kyoto.

It’s time for the carpets in the hallways to be replaced with new carpet. Probably should be replaced every 3-4 years.

Good location. Room & bed much bigger than usual APA hotels. AC worked well but lowest setting was fixed at 18C. Bed was a bit dented.

Very clean and well maintained hotel . It does have a restaurant which I’d recommend book in advance as they have amazing menu. Staff were very helpful especially the two gentlemen who spoke fluent English and helped with my touristy queries and also with transporting my baggage to the next hotel, etc. The hotel is also very close to the station. Ideal for solo travellers. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. Staff wants amazingly helpful with all of our inquiries. Luggage forwarding and receiving was seamless. Best was the close location and easy access to Kyoto station!

Really nice hotel, very close to Kyoto Station. The Breakfast is great too! I also love the bath in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again next time I visit Kyoto

Staff was excellent to work with in answering my questions and accommodating my schedule change. Nice job by housekeeping in keeping the rooms cleaned and supplied with towels on a daily basis.

Great location from the main train station and easy walking distance. Lots of places to eat and all within walking distance. Clean and friendly staff held our luggage so we could enjoy the city until check in. Check in and out very smooth and friendly.
