Was in San Jose for a conference and enjoyed my 4-night stay. Used the gym daily, it worked out well. The spa was nice too. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant!

Front desk staff does not want to even try to be helpful. The room was spacious, but no soaps, lotions or amenity kits. Towels were stained—we went and bought towels to use. And the Beds feel like you are sleeping on Springs. Get your act together Marriott.
