Great proximity to airport. Beautiful view we stayed on 31st floor. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. The rooms are a bit dated but are spacious. Beds a little uncomfortable. Shuttle was only to terminal 1 and we had to fly out of terminal 2 so we had to catch another shuttle at airport. Good stay if you are flying out. Thank you

The location was amazing as it was only one station from the airport and the hotel was connected to the station. Outlet and other stores are in the walking distance. I enjoyed the morning walk along the beach. The hotel is clean and staff was very nice and helpful; however, we noticed that there is no vent in the bathroom and the moisture accumulated. Some black molds spots were visible. Carpet near the bathroom needed to be updated. The bed mattress could be more comfortable but for the price I paid, I think it was reasonable. (The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all though.) Overall, the location, price, amenities were great.

The worst stay in Japan. The staff was rigid and not helpful at all. We wanted to print one page document and they send us to the convenient store that didn't offer this service. The room looks like time stopped in 1985. Dirty carpet with pieces of nail. Avoid it.

The room was big and bathroom new looking bedroom sleeping great. The restaurants are high quality but overpriced and have bad reviews on google. I eat steak almost everyday but I don’t over pay for atmosphere or ambiance or high paid staff.
