Over All a great experience.

Every time I travel to Milan I stay at this hotel. Besides been well maintained and clean and having the staff very helpful and courteous, it is also perfectly located close the Central Train station and top 2 metro lines

Great hotel If i go to milano again i go to this hotel

There were many things indicating that this property had a rooftop, the rooftop was no longer available or accessible to the guest, Other than that the property was well maintained and end a very central location, and across the street from Central station.

This hotel is convenient to the Milan Central train station, but there are many hotels in the area that are. I'd suggest choosing another. First, they placed us in a room with two bathrooms - one of which was accessible and had a terrible sewage odor that filled the room. I closed the door to the bathroom and figured we'd use the non-smelly one, but there were no windows that opened to air out the septic tank smell. I went downstairs to report it and the maintenance person came up, sniffed around and told us to just hold the front door open for 10 minutes. Um...absolutely not. It's a plumbing issue that is clearly ongoing and we should have never been in the room. I go back downstairs - and have to take the one key they gave me and my daughter, which also controls the electricity in the room - to request a new room. They agree to move us. Then the shower doesn't work in the new room. I go back downstairs and again must take the key. I ask if we can get a 2nd key. I'm told repeatedly that it's policy to only get one. I explain that my daughter is in the room sitting in the dark. They repeat "policy." A British couple then requests a key because "we don't want to stay together the entire time when we go out." Guess who got a key immediately? They did. I was then given a master key because they gave them another key in front of my face. I had low expectations for a hotel by the train station, but they still managed to surprise me in the worst way.

The room are super small for the price. Staff don't help at all. They sell you a family room with "twin beds" when they give you cots to sleep in. The hotel had a weird smell as well. Not worth the money you spend

Small bit clean room, good shower. Worked for a night, wouldn’t want to do more than one.

Excelente ubicación, excelente hotel, personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones grandes

Room

The location is directly in front of the central train station. The staff from reception and breakfast are charming and informative. Convenient to everything especially when town jumping to Venice Genova Torino Verona or going south to Rome Florence Naples or even Sicily. I will stay back at the Glam before my flight back to the states.
