In response to the plastic reduction policy, starting from September 1, 2024, Kenting Chateau Beach Resort will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities in guest rooms (including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, razors, dental floss, shower caps, cotton pads, etc.). Towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap will still be provided in the rooms. We also encourage you to join us in protecting the environment by bringing your own reusable containers to fill up water at the public dispensers. Let's reduce plastic and love our planet together! If you need any amenities during your stay, please contact the hotel front desk or our on-site staff. Thank you!

From September 15, 2025, to January 30, 2026, the Aegean and Atami Western Restaurants in the Pro Building will be under renovation. During this period, buffet meals will be served in the Mediterranean Banquet Hall on the 1st floor of the Positano Building. The Western Restaurants will not be able to host Chinese-style lunch or dinner banquets and meetings.

It will not be possible to purchase breakfast additionally during your stay.
