This hotel is in an excellent location, with all three palaces within easy reach, along with numerous local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around Seoul by taxi was also very convenient. Every staff member, including the housekeeping team, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

I liked the location - a bit out of the way but still easy access to the famous palaces, market and other sites by walking, bus and metro. Nice staffs and clean surroundings.

Bed and room was clean and modern. Nice sink area separate from toilet and shower, a desk & side table and so on. Outlets already had adapters so our US plugs worked directly. Kettle in room, microwave and water dispenser near elevators. Gym is amazing, all new things and 4 treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, many weight machines. Didn't get the breakfast because price is high and cafes are around the corners but many people were going. Coin op laundry 8k won for wash & dry, 2 machines each. Very quiet, never heard neighbors a single time. Quick walk to gwangjang market, lots of bus service nearby. Would happily stay here again.
