wonderful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. Location is unmatched, and this hotel is MUCH MUCH better than Sultanhan hotel ( staff, location, amenities, cleanliness)--- Their rates are reasonable for a BETTER hotel than any of the other nearby self-styled " upscale hotels-- including Sultanhan and HagyaSofia mansions )

Fantastycznie Very nice hotel, perfectly located within an easy walking distance of all the main sites in the old city. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Ihan who helped arrange a private tour guide and made helpful restaurant recommendations.

Fantastycznie Clean, spacious family room. They put 3 single bed for our kids, along with king bed which worked out perfectly for our family. Modern, clean bathroom, nice daily breakfast and good luggage pickup and drop service. Location was nearby to blue mosque, hagia sofia, grand bazaar. Staff was super courteous.
