The hotel was extremely clean & they thought of everything when supplying the room (robes, slippers, toothbrushes, etc.) The hotel was in the perfect area for exploring the Gothic Quarter. And the staff…AMAZING!!! (especially Nathalia) They helped us navigate taxis, trains, tickets for attractions & restaurant recommendations. Wonderful stay!

The Duquesa Suites are excellent. the staff are so friendly, kind and extremely helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for such an amazing stay, we loved it! Great location too, and breakfast was excellent!

It’s a very convenient location. We could walk to many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, the roof Terrace was closed when we were staying there. We did enjoy the roof terrace of the sister hotel Duquesa Cardona. Our triple room was spacious. Note that the 3rd bed was a daybed, but comfortable.

I stayed in a suite with multiple terraces. The room was fantastic. The pool deck is very small and the pool bar was not available which was disappointing. The breakfast in the hotel is at a sister property a block away and there were no other amenities in the Duquessa Suites hotel. The lobby is very small and there is no where to sit if you arrive on an international flight too early before check in. We were not offered any suggestions from the female front desk staff upon arrival, we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations and she seemed unfamiliar with the area. Overall, the hotel is in a great, walkable location to many sights and attractions. I would recommend based on location but if you are looking for a highly amenitized hotel with food and beverage services, this is not it.

Not a 4 star facility. It’s undergoing renovations, has a leaky sink, and subfloor is sinking in. Upstairs pool area was dirty and not well kept with dirty floors and tables. The apartment/hotel room was very clean and towels were fluffy. The bed was good. Reception men were nice. The room was relaxing. However, the place is 2.5-3 stars. It is unimpressive and feels like a tear down. I feel deceived by price and reviews. I overpaid because of it.

Great location- walking distance to a lot of things- or close driving distances to major attractions Great eating places nearby- tons Pool was nice and refreshing after walking all day or mid day break- roof deck had great views Room was comfortable and spacious Staff was friendly and helpful Definitely would go back
