Staff were pleasant and helpful, always had a simile👏

Our stay was nice overall. The reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the restaurant service did not meet the same standard. Female staff are really welcoming and smiling . One english speaking male restaurant staff member at end of trip was rude and made two of us move to a different seating area, saying that the original table had been prepared for five people with forks and knives which is not marked reserved .However, later a single guest was allowed to sit at that same table without any issue, which felt unfair and discriminatory. Another concern was the lack of clear information about food ingredients. Staff were unable to explain ingredients in English for allergy-related questions, and vegetarian options were not clearly labelled. When asking about dishes, we were only given the recipe names rather than proper information about the ingredients, making it difficult for guests with dietary requirements to choose safely. The hotel itself was pleasant, but the restaurant experience needs improvement in terms of staff attitude, inclusivity, and communication about food options.

We had a lovely time at Falcon Hotel, the staff were really lovely. All the activities specifically the Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, and Volleyball were super fun and the team leaders were very friendly. In terms of the hotel itself, it was clean and in a good location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Extended my trip for 4 more days as it was an excellent relaxing stay, great view of the sea, tasty food with variety of option. Hotel is super clean and decorated to the high standards, friendly staff, daily entertainment. The only down side is that it’s far from main Antalya town although transport is readily available. Would definitely go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our all-inclusive stay at Falcon Hotel. The staff were very helpful and the food and amenities were excellent. Food is freely available almost all day (although there are set times for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Some reviews suggested the range of food here was limited and repetitive. However, we found the variety plentiful and the quality excellent. Most evenings there is food available at both the indoor restaurant and outdoor kitchen. Our return flight to the UK was in the evening and the hotel kindly kept our luggage securely and allowed us to continue using the facilities until we left for the airport at around 3pm. Our only negative was that the hotel room had some signs of wear and tear. However, everything functioned OK. We would happily return here again.

I really enjoyed my stay in Falcon Hotel. Cleanliness of the room, in differentness of the staff, quality of food - high level! What could have been adjusted: towels to be provided on the sea deck, better sound-proof of balcony door, strange smell in sauna (yet, the sauna itself was perfect).

Yes and yes but the rooms need a bit of care floors and furniture

Clean rooms but not much room for storage had to live mainly out of our suitcase. Staff were welcoming and friendly, Mustafa in the restaurant pampered to our every needs nothing was too much trouble. The Spa was great both my wife and I had Turkish baths and massages. Disappointed that the sun deck was under construction as this was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel as we like to swim in the sea. Although there were choices the food was never hot.

Pool side seating was good. The pool was being filled but was clean all around. The WiFi was good and the staff very helpful.

Internet was good. The room was ok quite small with a double bed. In my opinion the wardrobe was too small for 2 people staying for 2 weeks not enough room so most things were left in the suitcases. All staff were very helpfull so we tipped individually as the tip boxes so we were told went to the hotel itself not the staff. Pool area was good but not used. All areas were very clean all the time.
