Clean, comfy, affordable, and great staff. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in a lot of countries, this place filled expectations more than most. Steer clear of the lobby ATM machine though, those rates were criminal.

Spotless, large room. Friendly and helpful staff. Fridge in room, free espresso machine and filtered water in lobby. Quiet, perfect location near transportation, shops and restaurants. Beanbag chairs in room were not comfortable, but that’s a minor point.

Very nice clean modern & spacious room. I didn’t take breakfast option so no comment on that. Hotel is close to city trams and lots of small nice cafes in surrounding areas. Overall very pleased with hotel and would defiantly stay here again.

Overall a stunning standard of accommodation. Great quality of food and service at breakfast. A special shout-out to Laura on reception, who went over and above what was expected. She was so kind and helpful.

Victoria at check in and check out was loverly. She makes the place so welcoming. Staff very helpful. Rooms are big and modern.
