The hotel has a beautiful view to lake Titicaca with Llamas roaming around and many relaxing sitting areas. The triple room we stayed was very specious and clean, with good mattress and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. A big shout out to the quiet and kind waiter Benedicto who found out it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake with candles and brought the staff to sing happy birthday and totally surprised us!

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall staff was helpful. They scammed on getting taxi to Airport from hotel for early morning flight. They told me night before 80 soles and they charged 80 usd at the time of checkout which is roughly 278 soles.

The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. We definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puno. Thank you to All the incredible staff!

Staff was excellent. Restaurant was great food with a great view. I loved the garden alpacas and cuyes. My only real issues that do not affect the rating as they are more general to the city itself are that a lot of tours will not get you if you do not stay in the central area and you probably should not walk outside of the central area unless you want to deal with lots of street dogs. Take a cab, they’re very inexpensive.

All staff were extremely courteous, professional and friendly, the hotel has a fantastic view of Lake TItikaka! We had a great time!

We loved seeing the alpacas and cuy on the grounds - and appreciated gazebos, swings and teeter totter for fun moments. The staff treated us very well and we had all our meals at the nice restaurant and bar. We were able to store our bags after check out, allowing for the Uros tour by boat from the dock on the property. We have not stayed one night here but it was the best hotel of our three week Peru trip!
