Staff are very helpful. We asked for a transformer because of different voltage in HK, they gave us a big and heavy one which worked but hard to carry around. So we told them that we left the transformer at the room so they can pick it up from there after we checked out. Also the cleaner was very understanding. We came back before the end of the day and she told us that she didn't clean our room yet. So after 5 mins, she came over, changed our bedding and dumped the garbage, checked the supplies and left us alone. The hotel is always full of customers and it's very convenient for shopping and eating because it's within a shopping plaza. This hotel is a value pick.
