We stayed here for one night. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was small but met our purpose although some parts could do with some maintenance such as a few broken floor boards and loose plug socket. It was however clean, including the bathroom. We knew the room had no AC but there were 2 good fans in the room and both windows opened fully. It was a nice touch to be able to get a free coffee, tea or juice at anytime. The area was also brilliant with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. It was also close to metro station.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, so be prepared for very hot temperatures during the summer.

The property was great as well as the location, very friendly staff and helpful. I will definitely be back again.

Excellent located with easy access to all Montmartre landmarks. Good breakfast and nice restos around.

Stayed for a week in mid June 2026 during our first family trip to Paris. Overall, the location was excellent and made exploring the city very easy. The hotel is in the Montmartre area, just minutes from metro and bus connections, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Sacré Cœur is straight up the hill, and Moulin Rouge is only a few blocks downhill. Our triple room on the 2nd floor (three single beds) had a reasonable amount of space and was relatively clean. The bathroom was small and a bit awkward, but manageable. There is no elevator and no air conditioning (as is the case with many European hotels), a heat wave arrived as we were leaving, so our timing was fortunate. Inside the hotel, noise was minimal. There was only one adjacent room on our floor, and we never heard anything from other guests. Our room faced the street, and there was noticeable noise: early morning delivery trucks and street maintenance, and evening noise from nearby restaurants. The supplied continental breakfast had lots of variety: several types of bread and jams, baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolate, boiled eggs, yoghurt, muesli, sliced meats and cheeses, fresh fruit (could have been consistently fresher), milk and almond milk, plus coffee, tea, and assorted juices. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful—special shout out to Mehdi, who made our stay more enjoyable. We would stay again, though next time we’d request a room facing the interior courtyard.

Great location and good value for the price. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast options are good. It’s well located in the heart of Montmartre. There’s no AC in the rooms, so staying there during the heat wave was tough. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay.

The hotel itself was reasonable, although partially run down compared to what was expected. The main reason for the review is based on the bathroom door in our room breaking. My friend was locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes as the door would not open. We raised this issue to the reception who informed us that maintenance would be there to fix the door that night as the bathroom was essentially out of use as a result. We stayed for two nights and raised the issue shortly after checking in. We also raised the issue to hotels.com who contacted the hotel attempting to get us a refund to stay elsewhere or another room. The hotel refused the refund as we had already put our bags in the room therefore making it “unsellable” to either refund us or swap our room and reassured that they would fix the issue that night. The maintenance man ended up coming around one hour before checking out to “fix” the door which was no longer needed. Despite knowing that the maintenance man would not attend to fix the door they did not offer to swap our room the following day to another. As a result, we needed to often use the communal bathroom in the reception area.

Small rooms, no elevator but great location and staff! Would visit again!
