I stayed in a sea view studio, the view was amazing 24/7, sheer + dark curtains. Beautiful room lighting, dim, chill. Bathroom shower pressure 5/5. Bed was soft, bedding and pillows were perfect. Robes + slippers chefs kiss. Every floor at a still and sparkling cold water station near elevator. Steam room free for guests in floor -2. Will stay again!

Overpriced hotel for what get. Hotel was cleanish, but its dark and dreary. Corridors and reception very dark. Bathroom was nice, apart shaving mirror in wrong place in relation to the sink. TV is to the side of the bed, so you cannot watch TV from you bed, you have to sit in office type chair to watch TV, not very comfortable at all. Everything in the room is at extra cost except for Tea/ coffee, ie biscuits/chocolate etc. Also beware, you are charged £200 extra on you credit/ debit card when you check in, for room service or bar drinks etc, not a problem if you have a decent credit card limit or bank balance. Ideal location if you are visiting National Theatre or South Bank.

What a special stay! From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel so welcome. The service was exceptional, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We were celebrating a special occasion and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!
