Great service, comfortable clean environment. Plenty of amenities, dining and shopping options, kind of a "one stop shop" Everything is there for you already.

It's an oasis. It doesn't disappoint. I had issues with the a/c and it was handled immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Wil stay again

I have nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings Land. The pool, rooms, and upkeep of the sprawling property were fantastic. In addition to the big pool, there are also smaller pools spread throughout that are closer to the individual units. We stayed in building 24, about a 7 minute walk from the lobby, but we had a pool just downstairs from us if we didn’t feel like taking the walk. The staff were so kind and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the activities too! My daughter and I learned to weave palm fronds for a special souvenir, and the yoga looked like fun too. The trade off is that you aren’t on the beach, though there are options to get to the beach. We rented a car and it was just a short drive to Hāpuna beach, A Bay, and 49 black sand beach. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the Hilton Waikoloa and you get access to their lagoon, pools, etc. The nearby Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace are also great amenities. Many of the shops you find in Kailua have satellite locations just a 5 minute drive from Kings Land. There’s also a grocery store if you want to fill your fridge and make food for yourself during the week (each building has a few grills). The best part was that, while the property was busy, it never felt crowded. We visited in July. A similar property in Florida would have been a zoo. I would go back to Kings Land again in a heartbeat!

Clean room, helpful staff

I recommend this for family! The pool is cater to not just adults

Room was amazing with all the included home amenities. Wish there were tongs for the grill though. The front desk staff was not very nice. I requested months ago for our rooms to be near my friends’ rooms and we were not accommodated. We were four families with children and having rooms near other would’ve made things a lot easier. The building had some electrical issues. The elevators didn’t work and we were on the third floor. It got old real fast after taking the stairs in the heat while lugging all our beach stuff several times a day. Overall, although the rooms were great, I would not be staying there again.

My room was clean, staff way very helpful, but that darn AC was so NOISY!

Good service

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We definitely will choose it again.
