I highly recommend Schiller5 Hotel in Munich. The hotel and room were very clean. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well keeping a comfortable temperature. The staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the items were fresh and very tasty. The location was perfect to explore Munich.

The property was very clean, staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Only thing I could suggest would be for them to have somewhere to have a coffee in afternoon. Very nice stay.

The location of this hotel is very good for walking to downtown. I felt safe as a solo traveler. I had a single queen size room which was basic but big enough for one person .

Clean and quiet hotel, just minutes from main train station and about 10 minute walk from Marienplatz. The area around hotel and station is a bit grimy, specially at night- but it clears up just a couple blocks away. Very comfortable and clean room with great air conditioning.

The positives - This hotel is right on the border of Old Town, and directly across the street from the train station so the location was excellent. The buffet style breakfast was very good, with a good selection of bread, fruit, cereals, meat, cheese and some hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and Bavarian style sausages. Everything was self-serve except the coffee, which the host brought around on a regular basis. The room was clean and as depicted in the photos on the listing. The cons - our room faced the street and it was extremely loud, even with the windows closed. The actual street was slightly downtrodden, so the nightly activity was constant. Our a/c wasn’t working, but the breeze through the windows did help.
