The guest service was disappointing. We booked a suite specifically to use the washer, dryer, and other room amenities, as we were traveling with a toddler. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were not working properly. The service staff took a long time to address the issue, which forced us to stay awake late into the night. We then had to wake up at 2:00 AM to collect our clothes after they were supposedly dried. When we received them, I noticed that nearly half of the clothes were still damp and not properly dried. Overall, this caused significant inconvenience and affected our stay.

A truly outstanding stay — the hotel excels in both comfort and service. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, providing a sense of luxury and relaxation that is hard to find. The swimming pool is a standout feature, beautifully maintained and ideal for unwinding after a long day. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Every aspect of the experience was delivered to a high standard, making this a property I would highly recommend and gladly return to.

Effective from 1st January 2023, a tourism tax of RM10 per room, per night, will be imposed on all non-Malaysian passport holders. This will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. Miscellaneous/security deposit is required upon check-in by credit card or cash. The amount collected will be minimum MYR300.00nett - MYR500.00NET (refundable) per room either by credit card or cash. Smoking or organizing any kind of party or gathering are not allowed in the room, compressor room or Sky Deck.
