Room even though small, it was clean and had everything you need. Location was nice, with close by bakeries, shops, and mini markets. Five minute walk to bus station, crossing through a park, really good in general, though gets quiet at night.

Breakfast options are juices, tea, coffee, yoghurts, and small muffins. Room is warm & clean with towels, but there needs to be a shower mat/towel available. Opposite the hotel is a kebab spot if you crave delicious carbs, and across the road is a Biomart that sells pastries, cold cuts, drinks etc. There are a few stores next to the hotel, like DM, for toiletries etc. Transit is a 7 min walk to Trudering station for the trains. Overall, highly recommended if you don’t mind staying a bit further from the center.

Room adequate for sleeping, that’s about it. Minimal amenities. Five minutes walk from the U bahn. Nothing terrible about the property but would not stay again.
