Dobrze Airport hotels occupy a challenging space, differing times zones, early flights and a 24 hour call for service. It is unfortunate that the staff at this establishment have not got their head around this.
A level of noise is understandable, however when a few feral kids were screaming and shouting outside as we tried to sleep ahead of our 3am wake-up call, I was shocked to look out of the window to tell them my view of their lack of consideration for others and noticed staff of the hotel also out the front who had not seen fit to challenge the wayward kids or their ignorant parents.
Disappointing!

Dobrze Room was clean and tidy, use of the shuttle bus was excellent but expensive for facilities for a one night stay - nature of airport stays.

Świetnie An unsurprisingly busy but well run airport hotel with not too many frills. Breakfast was ok - a lot of choice but the quality doesn't stand out at all. My bed was a little too soft, but otherwise the room was great, bathroom up to date, and service was good. Worth it for a convenient start at Manchester airport.

Fantastycznie I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way. Thank you!
