Hotel was nice and clean. Loved the noon/late checkout. Wasn’t expecting to pay £15 for parking as a guest staying at the hotel.

My mum has fibro all her bones where hurting her when she got up they put extra mattress topper on but didn't make any better I had to sleep in the chair that was more comfortable when complaining the lads didn't understand it was the manager we will not be staying at hilton hotel again it was very disappointing
