Nice relaxing place to stay very quiet environment. The staff from check in to check out are ready to assist. Clean corridors. Parking was on the high end .

The hotel was convenient to the airport, but the free shuttle hours are horrendous. If you're going to say you have a free shuttle, then it should operate during normal business hours.

Besides my bed feeling like an old pullout sofa bed (really, Hampton Inn??), the check in experience was terrible. The staff member was very unhelpful and continued to double down on an unreasonable position. I’ve never had an experience like that, in fact ever.
