The property is well-maintained and very clean. The room is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and all the necessary plates, bowls, and cutlery, which made my stay very easy. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast—a great convenience for travelers. The location is perfect, right in the city center with a restaurant next door. For such a reasonable price, I highly recommend it!

I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy bathroom. The next day, the housekeeping staff did come by to check out the situation and did what cleaning was necessary. She did take it upon herself to apologize for the manager who cared less. To the manager, perhaps you should take a page out of the housekeeping staff as to how to treat a guest. Would not stay again.

Booked room , turn out to be overbooked .... Staff was not helpful and still got charged for room ...try twice to get refund off wotif , still no luck ...

Since our last visit there have been upgrades to aircon and bedside lighting also several USB charging ports installed. The room comes with a basic kitchenette including a microwave. An ice machine somewhere in the complex would have been a nice addition.
