We arrived very short notice as it was an unplanned stop at the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and accommodating. There is parking right outside the hotel but this is limited but it is not a problem as there is ample parking available not too far from the hotel and at extremely reasonable rates. Our room was very comfortable (there were 3 of us) and the bathroom was also extremely clean and had lovely toiletries and very fluffy, soft towels. Unfortunately the hotel was booked up the following nights as there was a jazz festival on locally - otherwise we would have loved to have stayed longer, as such we did not have time to try out their lovely looking swimming pool. The old town is a short (10 minute) walk away and is very beautiful - an old walled city - with the wall still intact, and home to many interesting little shops and beautiful restaurants. There is also a lovely artisitic vibe to the town. We hope to return another time and enjoy more of this town and lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel well located for exploring Vence. The owners are friendly and exceptionally kind They actually drove us to our next hotel on the coast which we appreciated very much.

Staff at check in very lovely. However, the photos are not a good representation of the accommodation. It is tired and in need of refurbishing.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was generally okay, though there’s room for improvement in clarity and responsiveness. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful hotel, on-site parking for no extra charge and the staff couldn't be better. We were a little late in arriving and the hotel sent a text and called to give us the access code to get in if we arrived after reception had closed.
