It’s nice enough. Clean and well maintained with excellent staff, it’s a bare bones place if you need to sleep and not much else. It’s 45 minutes outside city center by car and over an hour and a half by public transportation so it’s 3 hours round trip to anything worthwhile without a car and expensive af if you take a cab. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Not much else n So it’s really about what you’re doing there.

it will be better if it has coffer maker in the room

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the strong cigarette smell throughout the property. My room smelled like smoke, and the hallways were no better, making the environment very unpleasant. In addition, only one elevator was working during my stay, which caused long wait times and inconvenience, especially during busy hours. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also below expectations. The common areas and room did not appear to be maintained to a satisfactory standard, and the property felt worn and neglected. Unfortunately, due to the smoke odor, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Fresh breakfast. Clean room, good location, friendly staffs.

The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Everything was excellent.

Clean rooms, perfect location for a local Taekwondo competition for us. Good public transport links.

The room was great

Room was average, remodeled, but there were some detalis to improve (the desk was shaky, the A/C didn't work properly and the buffet was ok)

Hotel was advertised with aircondition. It should say heated vent during winter months. We were not able to rest due to heat.
